Official Trailer For Warcraft: The Beginning Drops And It Looks Awesome

After releasing wednesday’s teaser trailer, Universal pictures have now dropped the official trailer for Warcraft: The Beginning, and it’s understandably giving people massive nerdgasms.

Set before the events of Blizzard’s phenomenon MMORPG World of Warcraft, the film focusses on why Humans and Orcs hate each other so badly.

The once peaceful land of Azeroth faces invasion by the desperate Orcs, as they flee their dying homeland and attempt to settle in Human territory. Cue crossed wires, stepped on toes and all-out war.

Warcraft: The Beginning is directed by Duncan Jones and stars Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Dominic Cooper, Toby Kebbell, Ben Schnetzer, Rob Kazinsky and Daniel Wu.

Woman Wins $8 Million Jackpot But Casino Won’t Let Her Keep The Money

One gambler in Oregon, U.S. couldn’t believe her luck when she put $100 in a slot machine and won an incredible $8 million, but her joy quickly turned to outrage when the casino staff told her she couldn’t keep the cash.

Veronica Castillo hit the jackpot at a Lucky Eagle Casino slot machine but the casino claimed the result was due to a machine malfunction and gave her just $80 instead.

According  to her:

"I was very excited, happy. Then I couldn’t believe it. They shut off the machine, took it away, printed out a ticket and gave me $80."

According to reports, the slot machines do have a sticker that says a malfunction of the machine voids all pays and plays. Despite this, Veronica isn’t convinced by the casino’s stance.

She added:

"To me, it’s cheating, may even be fraudulent. My first thought was, how many people has this happened to? They think they won, then they’re going away empty-handed."

Unsurprisingly, Veronica is now working to get a lawyer so she can try and get her winnings through a court case instead.

ARIANA GRANDE SAYS NEW ALBUM ‘MOONLIGHT’ HAS A SOUND THAT’S COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM ‘FOCUS

   Ariana Grande may be high off the success of her latest single, “Focus,” but the music star wants fans to know that the single doesn’t sound anything like the rest of her upcoming album, Moonlight.

In a recent interview with U.K. Radio station, KISS, the singer told hosts that “Focus” has a vibe that’s completely different from the rest of the songs that will appear on her next record.

“That’s why I put ‘Focus’ first, because it’s the only one that sounds like that,” revealed Grande.

As for what the rest of Moonlight will sound like, the singer let slip that she’s been teasing Arianators with “little snippets” of songs via Snapchat. Other than that, Grande said it’s really too early for her to tell what her new album will end up being like.

“I can’t say yet because it’s not done,” revealed the singer, who also said she’s been working on Moonlight while on tour.

After her tour dates wrap however, Grande said she’s looking forward to going home and focusing on getting her new album ready to share with the world.

“I’m excited for the next couple of months to not only finish [Moonlight] but to have actual undivided time where I can really just focus on the music,” said Grande. “I”m really happy with what we’ve done so far, but I just feel like once I finally get the time to really dedicate myself 100 percent, I’m going to maybe outdo what we’ve already done. Maybe.”

WILL THERE BE AN ARROW AND SUPERGIRL CROSSOVER

So there a new series supergirl, which looks cool by the way, this week producer of supergirl and arrow Greg berlanti was interviewed .   One of the questions the TV producer was asked was about the possibility of a Supergirl/Arrow/Flash crossover. While Berlanti didn’t rule out a superhero summit between Oliver, Barry, and Kara, there are a few storytelling complications preventing the trio from joining forces. “Flash and Arrow [fans] know we have not mentioned the existence of Superman on those shows, and he does exist on [Supergirl],” Berlanti told TVLine. “Storytelling-wise, that would be something we’d have to overcome. We’re just focused on getting this one launched and hope that it enjoys some of the same success… with the same quality and commitment of fans. And if all those things happen, who knows?” If Supergirl shares her cousin Superman’s ability, then she sure can easily defeat the dastardly storytelling issues that stand in the way of a potential Supergirl/Arrow/Flash crossover.

ED SHEERAN SAYS HE RELEASED THINKING OUT LOUD FOR A FRIEND

   In a new interview with The Mirror, Sheeran revealed that the only reason the platinum-selling single ever made it on to his 2014 album, x, was because he was trying to help out a friend in need.

Sheeran said his pal, Amy Wadge, who collaborated with him on the song years prior, asked him to add it to his LP because she was having money issues.

“[Wadge] was going through financial troubles about a year ago,” Sheeran said. “She drove to my house — my album was nearly done — and she asked if I could put a song from when I was 17 on the deluxe album, so she could get a little bit of money and pay the mortgage and bills and stuff.”

   Wadge is credited on Sheeran’s album as a co-writer of the track. To date, “Thinking Out Loud” has been streamed more than half a billion times on Spotify and has gone three times platinum in the UK. The love ballad is Sheeran’s best-selling song in the United States, with 4,300,000 copies sold as of July 2015. With publishing royalties rolling in for the rest of her life, Wadge, a mother of two, will hopefully never have to worry about missed mortgage payments again.
